We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we are aware of your request please follow the instructions to return your item. Your exchange will be processed on receipt of your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to offer free returns at this point.

Damages and issues 

If your order is damaged on arrival, please email us straight away with a picture and your order number at sakina@re-runn.com

Please note some items may have minor marks which are naturally associated with pre-worn clothing.

Exchanges 

Email sakina@re-runn.com with details of your exchange request.

Once we are aware of your request please follow the instructions to return your item. Your exchange will be processed on receipt of your return.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
